Mission
Acting as FPGA Work Package Lead for an engine or brake control system development.
Steer a team of engineers during the development phases of FPGA systems
- Manage the teams technical work scope
- Define the work packages and coordinate the sequence of work execution
- Support the product team with the development of the functional specification
- Specify and align the technical interfaces with our hardware and software teams
- Monitor the work results of your team and generate a progress reporting
- Be the technical focal point for your team and the project manager
- Manage internal and external, national and international customers and suppliers
Be an active part in the FPGA design and verification activities
- Define and document new conceptual designs based on upper-level functional requirements
- Write and/or validate the functional FPGA specifications
- Develop, implement and test your designs and show compliance to the requirements
- Participate in technical reviews on design life cycle data
- Define and validate test strategies and test objectives
- Perform and/or review verification elaboration and execution activities
Profile
As Senior FPGA Engineer acting as FPGA Work Package Leader with more than 10 years’ experience in avionics development you
- Have a high technical expertise in digital hardware development
- Are familiar with the aerospace guideline for complex hardware development DO-254
- Have been working with different FPGA families and FPGA system structures (e.g. SoC)
- Have developed and implemented bus systems as well as complex processing algorithm
- Are a leading personality, solution oriented, motivating, fair and clear in communication
- Are a practical team player with language reference level for English of at least B2 (CEFR)
You have basic knowledge and you are highly interested in increasing your knowledge in
